 We would like to invite you to our waterfront holiday suite on the Sunshine Coast.

The oceanfront suite is beautifully situated by the shore of the Sunshine Coast, affording incredible views of the Howe Sound, Keats Island and the North Shore Mountains from all windows and the garden and is completely self-contained with its own entrance and private yard.

      

Located in Gibsons BC on the Sunshine Coast, a scenic ferry ride with BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay, North Vancouver to Langdale, just 40 minutes away from Vancouver and Whistler, between Lower Gibsons and Langdale Ferry.

The suite features a large deck with barbecue, spacious living area with wood stove, convertible couch, dining area and a full kitchen. Utility room is stocked with washer and dryer and a van is ready for you to hire so you can be more mobile.

RATES:
Rental per day for 2 persons: $95, Rental per week for 2 persons: $570
Surcharge per person/day for 3-4 persons: $10
Minimum rental is 3 nights
 Between Oct and April we will add a $20 charge per night.
 5% federal tax (GST) must be added to all prices.

SPECIAL:  $144 per night.** includes Van rental (100 km included per day)
 
Longterm rental rebates (over 3 week) are available upon request.

A deposit of $300 is due and payable to secure your booking, and the balance is payable sixty days before the start of the rental.  We accept payment by Visa and MC.  

A security deposit of $300.00 is payable with the balance and will be refunded in full, if you return the suite to us in a clean and undamaged condition, otherwise we will deduct a cleaning fee of $100 and/or charges for damaged or missing inventory.

No refund for Holiday cancellation. We will gladly rebook for a different time. We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation and medical insurance.
